ZHU-E Series Intelligent Pneumatic Rice Husker The ZHU-E series intelligent pneumatic rice husker is a new-generation intelligent rice husker with an integrated paddy-brown separation system, independently developed by Zhejiang Gongliang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. The human-machine interface (HMI) monitors the production and processing status of the rice husker in real time. Different process parameters can be set to realize one-key operation control of all components. The PLC control program adjusts and controls the equipment's production and processing in real time based on the actual working conditions of the rice husker, including rubber roller wear feedback, output settings, inter-roller pressure, and material gate sensor data, to achieve optimal performance. The rice husker features a high degree of automation: (1) Automatic detection: the material gate opens and rollers close automatically when there is grain; rollers loosen and the material gate closes automatically when there is no grain. (2) Automatic compensation of rubber roller speed according to wear during processing, with automatic and timed switching between the fast and slow rollers. (3) The main machine is equipped with permanent magnet variable frequency motors, which save energy, reduce consumption, and operate with low noise. (4) Corresponding processing modes can be selected for different raw grains, and customized processing parameters are available to adapt to raw grain processing in different regions. (5) Equipped with a built-in internal circulation fan, eliminating the need for a separate rice husk air network, thus saving both cost and space. (6) The feeding auger is driven by a permanent magnet variable frequency motor, allowing adjustable feed rate and reducing the risk of material blockage. (7) Equipped with a rubber roller alarm system to monitor the roller operation status in real time, effectively preventing blockages and ensuring excellent processing performance. (8) Features roller grate and other impurity cleaning functions, enabling efficient processing of raw grain containing impurities.
